Titanic.com got hold of the images this afternoon european time and it shows life like photos of the doomed shiped that sank in 1912.

Initial analysis showed that the images are made to resemble how it was back then. A comparison of one photo with material from the 19's showed the following:

Original photo belonging to a private collection at:

We beleive it is this original photo from which the impression is regenerated. Its a perfect job. the lighting and cabling show that a 3d engineer has meticulously put out the details.

On another scene, the Turkish bath there were voices comming in that one of the person might be Ken Marshel, we can't confirm yet but if you know more please login/signup and comment on the photo by going here

It is this material that is associated with the upcoming 2 hour permier "Titanic the last mysticals
"

Many people will directly say "Ah i seen a rendered titanic picture before"; well that's really different this time. Earthship Productions Inc is James Cameron's company. Some background revealed that these names are widely known in the market since 2003. There is not really a corporate website and it is speculated that Eartship doesn't render the images them self.

Eartship productions Inc, has been associated to Ghost of the Abyss and Alien of the deep. A good post - review by bmz of the of Ghost of the Abyss can be found here

The speculation is that with the newest technologies these 3d images will be used to accompany the pictures gathered by the robots and if the interior is really bad or collapsed, a 3d model can fix those issues., James Cameron together with Discovery form a really good team rivaling in terms of technology against the National Geographic team consisting of head Robert ballard.. They are in to show of live video broadcasting from the bottm of the ocean and eventually controlling the ROV. Its the best technology can offer for maritime scientists.

This competition should proove itself fruitful for the Titanic community. Multiple Live video streams is the first ever and that's hard read 'live at 12000 foot' with all that pressure. ; The ultra thin fibreoptic goes down the full length and it self is already rock heavy by its own weight alone; going that deep, One would directly suggest why didn't they use wireless lan: it is not possible because the density of water doesn't permit high frequencies like 2.4 ghz, Lower frequencies do not offer enough bandwidth for "multiple feeds". Laser beams is also questionable because MIR is not a static object and the water resistance to light emitting is already apparent at 3000 feet.

To be continued.
