when is that new dvd i heard about supposed to hit retailers?is there 2 hours extra footage like i heard.i hope so im left wanting more jack and rose.they were 2 good for just one movie.i cant believe kate winslet and leo didnt hook up she got rid of her long orange hair lol she was so beautiful in that movie.

i hope kate winslet and leonardo decaprio make another movie together. They are a great couple. Did you see them on oprah . We should all get together and write to oprah, telling her to get "jack & rose" on her show and to invite members of www.titanic.com and an extra person we want to take with us. 'According to Italian home theater magazine AF Digitale, 20th Century Fox may be in the process of finally releasing the long-awaited Titanic: Special Edition in 2005. Details are still a bit sketchy, but the magazine reports that the film will receive a mega four-disc set featuring a new DTS ES 6.1 audio track. Of the extras, expect commentaries, deleted footage and mountains of other bonus material. Keep in mind that nothing official has been announced yet. i really cant wait. ive been waiting for that for soo long. its time they released something.

I just bought the regular dvd, and there's like NOTHING on it! One of the most profitable movies ever and all i get is a stupid theatrical trailer! *I'm not sure if it's still the most profitable movie or not*

They don't say much about it on the net other than it "might" be out mid 2005.

it leaked from sky that it is slated for mid 2005. It is a directors cut but cammeron got his way with the editing anyway. As for the 2 hours of footage, well the film is already long. According to my friend the extended cut will be 4 hours long and there is to be an hour or so of deleted scenes. Plus all the trailers making of etc
