Hi, mstitantic,
Yes he was, Thomas Andrews was the Managing Director of Harland and Wolff. He was aboard Titanic to observe her and to look for improvements; Him and the rest of the Harland and Wolff Guarantee group could also try to fix any problems that might have risen. He was last seen in a state of shock in the lounge. Tom |
