Well yes but all ships had that. Besides there was no other place to put them, but yeah in comparison to the QM2 there very high up, in relation to the ship.

no that was no correct that there was no place to put them. The Titanic was equipped to handle a second row of lifeboats inside the existing row of lifeboats but the maiden vovage did not utilize this feature so as to provide more open deck space. The was a reason they were high and if you were to research it was because they had petitioned to commision to do this even though it was above the standard height. Howver this is for another thread as it does not address the primary question of "sequence diagrams" You are once again off topic as usuall.

The possibility of a sinking was almost imposible, so they did't see it nescesary.

I think the prevailing logic was that even assuming the worst the ship's design would let it stay afloat long enough for assistance to arrive and the boats would only be needed for transfering passengers to another ship. Another example of the human ability for self delusion.

the other ship would then have to be super fast to reach the titanic before it sank, after all the titanic was in the middle of the atlantic

Calafornian was close, a dont know what happened there, does anyone know?
But the sequence was only working cause the ship went down well, if it't went like the lusitania then it would't matter how many boats she had |

America, it was't really in the middle of the ocean, more like two thirds.
