Yea I totally would, I mean if you think about it...if you are in that position where you wanted the best for the person you loved and you knew that it was either you or them, in order to give them the best I would totally give up my life for them.

i wouldn't like to die, depends really if i was really young i might not give my life up because i have a full life of me, think about it, if u were smart you could be the worlds new bill gates and if u died that dream is over. If i was old say late 40's going into retirement there would be a better chance of giving my life up because i have lived for so long and i want to give someone else the chance to live their life.

at that time u are near retireing age, what more have u got to accomplish in life? U have worked and u are getting old and crippled. It would seem sensible to let a younger perosn live and u die wouldn't it?

Late 40s is old huh, dont think so, for example the retirement age in the UK is 65, so for talking sake lets say you are 48, meaning you are 17 years or so from retirement so its a long way off then is it not?

i know ppl who have retired in their early 50's

yes it is 65 at the moment but i think its getting stepped up to 67 now

I would, I mean I just met a las lately and she is really nice, thinking about that I would give it up for her such as Jack did for Rose, as I am a child though giving it up for someone else I would no matter what my age.
