1,517 people perished that night.More of the crew were lost though.

there were 2,228 people total on Titanic 705 survived so 1,523 were lost..I know these numbers are right i have been researching Titanic for 17 years and these are the numbers that come up most often.

I have and still am researching it for over 30 years now,and keep coming up with different answers. The answer you have given me has come up the most offen,in the books & information I have about Titanic. I am in the process of trying to get the facts published I have,which is taking a long time at the moment. Thanks so much good night |
