his actin was only alrite but his role made people tink of titanic as a luvstory and not the devastating tragedy it really was. the one gud thing about his role was that he DID DIE AND WAS SEPARATED FROM ROSE BECAUSE THIS CONVEYED AT LEAST A LITTLE OF THE HEARTACHE ENDURED BY THOSE ON BOARD TITANIC WHO LOST LOVED ONES

the thing is 1997 was not soposed to be a factual doccumentary, the main aspect of 1997 was the love story, yes cameron did include important facts to make parts factual, but alot of what the film showed was fictional and misleading, the film was a big hit (no pun intended) for the purpose mentioned. to get a more factual review "a night to remember" shows more of what would of happend and a more factual insight into the dreadful night.

I think that Jack shouldn't have died in the end because Rose deserved to be happy with him and live the future they had talked about. He deserved it as much as she did but the only good thing is that she did all of the things they talked about with him in her heart which is very important. She didn't go back to her life of luxury, instead Rose accomplished what she promised her true love Jack. I Love You Jack

The movie is not just bout this hot guy that died!!!!!! :!: :!: :!: :!: It was a sad tradgic movie. Jack should of died not only because it adds more emotional touches, but in a TRULY GOOD movie, he wouold die! It would be WWAAYY too hollywood and corny if he lived and they showed like an epologue or somehing!! It just adds the tradgic to the movie!......

I know Jack was soooooo hot!!!!!! I hated it when he died in the end. I was in tears at the end of the movie!!! :(
