Um... Rose got rescued by Officer Lowe's boat (it's in the movie). Jack died saving Rose, as Titanic disappeared from under their feet.
I just voted "don't know". And just for historical references, Jack, Rose, Ruth, Cal, and Lovejoy were fictional characters. I noticed you didn't include "steerage women" or "steerage children" options in your poll. More first class men were saved than third class children! I hate to sound like a griper, but I wanted this historical fact known. Thanks for letting me vent. May they rest in peace!  |

if i had to save only one person i would save Loraine Allison. she was the only child on first and second class to die in the sinking.
