yep and they said that irish cathlic workers said that iif u torned the numbers up side down they spelt no pope as titanic nerly got stopped case of the hull number but no one could prove this theria same with the idea of the man worker being boredded in a hole in the titanic hole and left to die which no one has being able to prove right and the fact of the anciant mummy on bored her that had killed hundreds of peple with its cures wich no one has proven to be true has no mummy has ever being found on the cargo list as it was ment to being sent over to new york bye the british as it had killed members of the britsh musems so they decided to sell it to a private owner in new yorjk which has never being found or registerd lost after the accident so no one knows about that then theys the mmyth with the fire in the boiler as they had left a ship fire when the ship ws handed other to white star line in 1912 in april and the fire was left to burn the precies coal as coal then were really precies due to the coal strike of the miners for higher pay as olympicbrought coal over from new york in spair state rooms and in the cargo bays to keep the liners moving as half of the fleet were in port as they ran out to keeop the boilers burning at the time

You're absolutely correct as regards the yard number. The build number is also correct, although it's usually referred to as the Board of Trade official number. As for the hull number '390904,' Walter Lord (writing in 1986) disproved that as a latter-day myth. It has been repeated many times in books over the years, yet the majority of modern researchers believe it is untrue. Best wishes, Mark. |

As I already stated above (although nobody seemed to read it):
Regarding the hull number '390904' -- Walter Lord (writing in 1986) disproved that as a latter-day myth. It has been repeated many times in books over the years, yet the majority of modern, informed researchers believe it is untrue. Best wishes, Mark. |

I don't dispute that. What has been disputed is the use of the number in relation to Titanic. Hopefully, this clarifies matters for you. Best wishes, Mark. |
