I do too- but people at work seem to think they are cool and imitate them all day long- drives me nuts![quote:ecb8855cf5="JByard"]That's a sponge monkey?? Ohhh...I hate that thing...LOL[/quote:ecb8855cf5]

Spongemonkeys...hmm. My friend thought they were either hamster roadkill or aborted rat fetuses. Or maybe they're escaped mutant rats from Three Mile Island. Personally, I think they look like their faces got sucked out by vacuum cleaners. Hopefully they're not like those creatures in the movie [i:bcb1e51ba4]Gremlins[/i:bcb1e51ba4]--you know, "cute" and furry one minute, then horrifying creatures the second you get water on them, give them food after midnight, or shine a bright light on them.
UGH! Unappetizing. I just hope these bizarre little creature-things aren't living in the Quiznos' kitchens. |

Teamtunafish,
You don't necessarily have to wait to see those creatures again. At this website: http://www.rathergood.com/moon_song/ you can watch a spoof someone made of it. The spoof is very well done, although I still find those little Quiznos creations to be quite annoying. |

I [i:416d0a4265]guess[/i:416d0a4265] so, but I can't imagine why. By the way, do you know anyone that actually likes these commercials? Personally, I have yet to meet anyone that does, but maybe I don't know the right kind of people. I've always assumed someone out there likes the sponge monkeys enough to keep bringing them back, although I must admit I haven't seen a commercial featuring them in a little while.
A much needed break if you ask me. |

There is a story on Msn about them and you can click on a link to hear the "song."
