Hi,
I've never seen that film, but from what I've been told, it is not very accurate, the iceberg even hits the ship on the port side, instead of starboard. :D |

It just didn't feel like a film about Titanic. No names of actual people on the ship were used and from what I could gather it wasn't all that acurate. They had the captain in some room watching somone singing or something when he was in his room wasn't he? Helen |

Hi ya. I think A Night To Remember is for me as close as your gonna get to what happened. Unless you were there. As for the J.C film, it should have been moor for what happened to the ship and not on fictishous people.

I've heard of that movie although I've never seen it. The ending with all of the men singing (i've heard they were singing nearer my god to thee) did not happen in real life. It was shown as, I think, a silent resignation to their fate (dying). It leaves you with the feeling of "wow, what heroes"
