I read that a makeshift sub was stopped within 200 or so feet of the Queen Mary 2 docked in New York. Thought you might want to see the story.

i read about that not long back its funny like making a make shift sub and stuff but it had none of safety features like flares lights and radio from what i have found out and aswell it was only 200 ft from the dock in which held the queen mary the 2nd the men in which did this are waiting trial in rodie island
