Nutty- Photographs are not allowed to be taken at the exhibits. Camerons/photography are stricktly forbidden. There are cameras with people watching them so if you even try to take a picture you can and probably will get kicked out.

The reason for this is the flash on the flash photography can damage the artifacts (so they say). Also if you want photos they have books in the giftshop with photos of some of the artifacts in that exhibit.

This is probably the same exhibit that was at the London science museum which if it is then photography is DEFINTATLY NOT allowed.

At any exhibit actually photography is forbidden.. The St. Petersberg exhibit didn't even allow cameras inside the exhibit part.

If it is the one the was at the science museum in London last year, I can truthfuly say that my daughter and I thought it was EXCELLENT.
We also got to TOUCH a piece of the hull ( it was protected by perspex with hole in it to put your fingers through.) :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D
If the 'Ghosts of the abyss' film is showing you MUST see it.
Enjoy 8)

You got to touch a piece of the hull, how exciting. I have not gone to an exhibit yet, that had the hull on tour.

I saw it too, really was cool. Was near the end of the exhibit...Although the hole was too small (IMO) but you could put a finger or 2 in it..

I think that (along with the big piece at the beginning), the purfume vials and the ships bell were my favorite things from that exhibit (and ofcourse the 1st and 3rd class staterooms were awesome too)
