Hi!

There was no one Olympic log book. Over the years, she had many records which could be called her 'log:'

the crew agreements, many of which exist from 1911-35;
the draft 'deck logs';
what many call the 'official ship's log.'

Which period are you most interested in?

(I may not be able to reply for several days.)

Best regards,

Mark.

Hi!

Sorry, it was your use of the singular for 'Olympic's log book' throughout your first post that made me feel a clarification was necessary.

The crew listings are held at the PRO and can be found through the organisation's website at www.pro.gov.uk.

As for the rest, that's an area of much mystery and speculation.

I didn't know that there was a Titanic exhibition in Manchester.

Best wishes,

Mark.
