Hi All,

Im relatively new to the Titanic world. Im a budding writer who has an idea for a Novel? 2 quick questions:

1. What date would the Titanic have arrived in New York if the Iceberg hadnt of hit it?, and

2. Whats the best reference to get a list of the dead passengers that didnt make it thorugh the disaster?

The Titanic was supposed to land in NY on Wednesday the 27th. As for alist of the dead, I will have to get back to you on that. I'm getting ready to go to my bridal shower, but I'll look for a list when I get back if someone hasn't found ya one already.

does "bridal shower" means that you're getting married? then, congratulaions!!
dont you mean the 17th? because it doesnt make sense. if carpathia got to NY on the 18th and it went back to get the survivors from titanic then wouldnt it take titanic less than carpathia's time to get to NY? im sorry, if im wrong, explain it to me please.

At the speed they were going, wouldn't they have gotten there on tuesday night? I got that from what I have read. And I'm pretty sure that NosieRosie meant the 17th.

thats what i thought she meant to say. i just wanted to be sure. if im not wrong they had about 200 miles left before they hid the iceberg didnt they? if thats right then they shouldve made a pretty good time considering that they were supposed to be there on the 17th.

yes the titanic would have been there on the 17th if it hadnt have been for that stupid ice burg and as for a list on the dead ppl sry but i cant help u there maybe someone else can good luck

Oh goodness goodness, yes I surely meant 17th. I was in such a hurry today doing about a million things I must not have proofread. Yes, I indeed meant 17th.

And yes, I am getting married Sept 25th this year. The same as Rosei1912's one year marriage anniversary! :)
