I love all about Titanic

I hope there's one.......If there is that is the time I will get me a DVD player.

The screenplay was available on the web and my friend printed it out. There are a lot of threads deleted- though you can notice a few on the trailer on the DVD. As someone pointed out, well, that's why it won the award for editing. If most of those other scenes had been kept it, it would have been a much worse movie. Of course, we want to see all we can. There are a few seconds more on the Titanic Explorer computer CD (Ismay boarding the Carpathia, etc.)

yes i most deffinitly agree with you guest....i have the movie on DVD but theres no special features or deleted scenes :shock:

I've heard lots of rumors about a director's edition coming out, but I'm not sure whether to believe it or not. However, at:

you can sign your name on a petition to James Cameron that asks him to make a fan's edition. If this link doesn't work, the petition comes from the www.back-to-titanic.com website, so you could go to this site and click on the link on the right hand side of the page that says "Will there ever be a director's cut?"

You never know what might happen if enough people sign it.

the only deleted scene I would like to see is after the 3rd class party, where Jack and Rose were walking on the boat....

I hope there is a directors cut. I was shocked when I saw that all we got was the trailer as an extra. I was hoping for a 'making of' featurette and a documentary. As well as deleted scenes. I hope JC re releases it.

Yeah, they should have put cuts and bloopers, etc. on there. I did not like what they did with the Pearl Harbor movie (if you have it). They put the movie on 2 dics but they could have put the extras on one and the movie on the other.

I would have thought somthing would have come out for this Anniversary this week, but I guess not. Well, the DVD "Ghost of the Abyss" I guess will be out soon. When someone on this group gets it first, please let us all know and tell us what you think of it. I will be looking for it myself at the local mall this month.
