I was listening to the radio the other day and they were talking about titanic and all the different storys floating about one interesting one was that titanic was meant to sink for insurance reasons but that no one was supposed to get hurt or die. Im not saying i believe this but its food for thought. It went into detail that had reson to it.Was wondering have any of you heard like wise?If so what do you think?

I've heard the same story, but if they wanted to sink it without anyone dying, don't ya think they would have taken Andrews up on his idea to put more life boats on it?? I dunno, just my thought. I don't think they sank it for insurance. Just too many loose ends they would have had to think about before going throught with it, if it were true. :)

Seems to me nothing can happen anymore without someone claiming it to be a conspiracy. Like, JFK's death and such....man oh man.....lol..I also heard one about the US landing on he moon being a conspiracy!

Hi
Forgive me if anyone's said this, but since Titanic was only insured for two-thirds of its value, what would be the point in sinking her for insurance? Best regards, Mark. |
