i've read books about the titanic and her sister ships....there is nothing on the hulls to tell you which ship it is except their names...they way to tell them about is my the propellers...the books that i have read tell that there is a number on the one of the propellers, on all three ships, to tell the difference between them....yes the titanic and the oylmpic looked alike but why would they send out the olympic on the titanic's maiden voyage?Quote: |

oh. i thought olympic was just a little bit shorter than the titanic and had a little differences in the modeling.

Olympic: 882.5 feet long 92.5 feet wide http://members.aol.com/wile129/olympic.htm Titanic: 882.6 feet long 92.6 feet wide http://members.aol.com/wile129/statistics.htm So, Titanic was .1 foot longer and wider than Titanic. |

from what ive heard, im not arguing, titanic was at least 10 ft longer.
