It would have been a little on the impossible side to me.The Olympic was bigger then the Ttianic by a little and the Olympic was one of the ships that answered to the Titanic's distress call.

Eh naw they where the same size, Titanic was almost 1000tons heavier or something like that, so as she was heavier, she was said to be larger. Only reason I stay skeptical to this idea is because, many anti-conspiracyists say the promenade deck is what shows up the conspiracy, are they forgetting that Titanic looked the same as Olympic including this promenade right up until march, so closing Olympics promenade is not all that far fetched is it? Also the b-deck difference, that was the same as well until march, the Titanic as we see it today is it's final and form, but before she looked the same as Olympic, the distinguishing features where not present, until the last minute, least that is my view on it. Though there is a great barage of evidence against it which is why I think it is Titanic, but we shall see, ehh,

As far as I'm concerned, this theory has two major flaws:

#1 - It required the co-operation of too many people to make it work. And with all of these people in the know, someone would have either gotten a guilty conscience (especially after all of the lives lost), or gotten greedy.

#2 - Certain events would have to be controlled to such a point that nothing could influence them to change along the way.

Olympic and Titanic had many differences between them. You're not gonna tell me that they were both altered to be exactly like the other in such a short time...and totally in secret! How did they ever pull that one off?

And why would they want to pull that one off? Some say it was an insurance fraud. Titanic had been partially underwritten by White Star themselves. They lost money because of the sinking.

Unlike the Olympic the Titanic had a enclosed foward promenade that can be seen on the wreck today.Also the #401 which was an identification # was stamped onto parts of the Titanic.And the Olympic was bigger because it was slightly heavier.
