I have a cover "envelope" dated March 1912 which has a maritime stamp as well as a Titanic postal stamp on it. Two things are obvious - (1) it was not on the Titanic (2) it is dated and stamped a month prior to the Titanics sinking. A rough scan can be seen at:
http://www.themysterybox.com/Features/titanic I have been told by the Smithsonian in Wash DC that there is another one like the one I have. Does anyone have one of these? know of someone that has one? or have any idea where it came from or how? Thanks Emily |

I found another one addressed to the same address. It is located on the The Titanic Historical Society webpage.
