Unseen plans used in the construction of the ill-fated Titanic were due to go on display in Belfast today.
The plans of the crane used to build the ship almost 90 years ago were recently discovered in a loft by a member of the public. They were due to go on display today at an exhibition at Belfast City Hall arranged by a British auctioneering company. The public have been invited to bring in any Titanic memorabilia they may possess.  |

what were the cranes back then like? were they run by electricity?

Well taller than the ship, that was being built, so atleast another 3rd the height of the ship.

I do not have the measurements handy, but for talkin sake let's say, Olympic was 150ftt high. Means the crane would be 200ft high. But remember I just made those height's up for talking sake, so knowone need point out, they are wrong.
