in some ways jack dying adds to the movie but he is my favorite character and i just can't get over it.
why can't this otherwise fantastic movie have a happy ending????? of course the story of titanic itself was sad, but the movie could have ended withrose and jack being saved from the water and living happily ever after......   |

it's showing you that not everyone can be the hero. that many women lost the'r husbands or boyfriends that night. only 6 people were as lucky as rose and got saved out of the water (according to the movie). most all of the people that died on the Titanic were the ones who ended up in the water and had froze to death. i think that if Jack and Rose had kept communication the Jack wouldn't hav died

i only like the factual stuff. that's why i don't like the Conspiracy theory or the movie. they're not factual
