How many here have watched the Fox Special, "Breaking New Ground" on disk #3 under the "Marketing" section of the menu of the Titanic Collectors Edition that was released recently? It's 45 minutes of a mixture of the Titanic Movie and actual survivors and historic film footage and photos plus some "Lost Scenes of the Titanic"

I was very impressed that the 3 survivors all stated that the Titanic broke in half and never waviered over the years in their observations how the Titanic sank but the testimony of Officer Lightoller and
1st class Archibald Gracie both incorrectly testified that the Titanic was intact when it sunk and were very positive of their observation. And we now know that the Titanic is broken in two on the bottom.

It was always consider back in the inquiries held back in 1912 that the officers and 1st class testimony held more merit than any 3rd class passenger! I always thought that many Titanic officers adjusted their testimony to better their actions.

I have the special collectors edition and I watched it 3times already(Fox Breaking New Ground)

I never seen this, I only got the 1 disk or was it 2? I have forgotten now. Did this come out recently or has this been out awhile?

Yeah it recently came out probably at the begining of the year. It is the 10th anniversary edition. You need to get it if you want to see the alternate ending and cool special features. I think it is only 20dollars not very much.

Ah okay neat! I will have to pick it up one of these ole days

It is really cool. I never had the one with two disks only though.

You will find deleted scenes, 1,000's of still photographs, a special, never seen alternate ending and much more with this 3 DVD set. It's beautifully packaged to make it a welcome addition to any collector's collection.
