Aw, no! That's sad! I send my sympathies out to the family of the workman, who died. Truly a tragedy that put a dark cloud on what should have been a joyous celebration.

The celebrations to mark Nomadic's return have been marred by the news of the death of a workman who was preparing her for her reception.
She arrived on saturday and was being "cleaned up" a bit for her reception. I along with a few hundred others waited near the Odyssey Complex in Belfast for her to make a short journey from the other end of Harland & Wolff(about 1 mile away). After waiting for over half an hour, with no sign of Nomadic moving, news filtered through the crowd about the death of the workman, and that the celebrations are to be postponed until tomorrow night(Tuesday) as a mark of respect. Its as if Titanic is cursed and that curse has struck again. Strider_uk |
