Well I am so lucky I live a mere half an hour away from the Titanic Historical Society which I am a member of. They have many wonderful items there in their museum...along with true facts...its a wonderful learning experience...I could happily move in there and hope to do some volunteer work for them.
As for going down and visiting the real ship. 30,000??? guess I will just have to settle for the museum.

I remember reading an article that said a trip down there will cost about $30,000. I won't be going anytime soon.

THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS!

ok. only 3 ways to get to see it

1. develop a form of cancer and "Make-A-Wish"
2. Get the money
3. Pretend I was related to a person on it.

ummm yeah... i didn't kno about the real Titanic before the movie came out. i wasn't born yet when Ballard discovered Titanic.

and this kid should kno something about it cuz he heard me talking about it constantly. besides my bf, titanic is something that is always on my mind.

and his name is Leonardo DiCaprio.
and i happen to adore this movie. it's one of my favorites. that thing about how fictionous Titanic is was about the movie not the ship. but James Cameron did an excellent job with making the movie. he tried to make it as realistic as he could. he also tried to make it as true as he could without screwing up his story line. Many of the events in the movie happened. kk. i think i made m point here.
