Are you takin in by the massive budjet cameron take or do u go for the more suttle Night to remember or anything in between. In my view the only reason the jack and rose thing will be remembered is because it was on Titanic. People went to see it for the ship those two where just added in and could't hold their own.

I'm just finished watching 'A night to remember'. Now lets no dilude our selfs it's nothing that was the specticle the 97 one was, but for that I like it better. It is amazing how laid bak ppl where about the sinking, everything was more gentle men like. The era of the 50s captured it, the 97 Titanic was to modern, but it was a modern take. Like how the 50s one had the X factor that, can't be recreated as time goes on and society changes. Old films always have that ora around them. I find it hard to describe but there is a fundemental difference. the 97 one All it had was a budjet the size of frances wealth.
