Although there is no factual evidence to prove a definate yes or no answer here, many divers have claimed, including James Cameron himself, that they've seen ghosts while exploring the ship.

I beleive that James Cameron and the other people saw ghosts or whatever while exploring the wreck of the Titanic, but I don't beleive that the ship is haunted. I beleive that they are spirits of the passengers who died on the Titanic. I don't think the ship would be haunted.

Robert Ballard make references to a very calm feeling with an air that the souls were not angry but at peace, when he placed his memorial to all those who lost their lives.

The 'ghosts' may be the kinetic energy which would have to go somewhere and there would be a vast amount of that.

I agree. If there are spirits in the wreck of the Titanic, I think they would be at peace.

I agree. Its kinda relieving when you know that all the souls are at rest, and they don't have to suffer anymore.

It would be pretty pointless to be haunted I think, but suposedly ghosts 'exist' because they are lookin for revenge or something, or looking for a lost loved one, there tormented. Maybe a wife looking for her husband or something, but a dunno, the idea of ghosts are questionable I think. What happend to them was a terrible accident, and well i hope they can just be at peace with that.

In the movie "Ghosts of the Abyss", at the end Bill Paxton mentions a white halo (which is actually very clearly visible) over the wreck site. I thought that was very interesting. Anyone who has the movie should have a look at it.
