What are some of the theories of why the first funnel collapsed?
I have heard things like it was the forward expansion joint that came open and that sudden movement caused its lines to snap. Another point James Cameron made was that some of the funnel's support lines were released because they were in the way of some of the forward lifeboats being lowered. What are your thoughts? |
