Meet the Team

Jelle Hempenius

Born and raised in international settings (Thailand, Australia) and now based in Belgium, Jelle Hempenius combines a technical foundation with an MBA and sharp strategic insight. As co-founder of Titanic Chocolate, he oversees the brand’s expansion across the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg.

Guided by principles of precision, sustainability, and efficiency. Under his leadership, the timeless craft of Belgian chocolate is seamlessly blended with 3D food printing, moreover the customer could unleash their dream by interacting with visual and IT systems that are incorporated into the retail concept both physical and online.

The main goal is to streamline retail inventory by reducing SKUs to core raw inputs, enabling on-site 3D printing for efficient, customizable chocolate production.

The result: each creation meets the highest standards of quality, produced through methods that are both efficient and environmentally responsible.

“It begins with an idea. We ensure that our store concept adhere to the highest hospitality standards and we revolutionised the customer experience around chocolate by thoughtfully implementing AI. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online and simulate physically in ISAAC Omniverse and convert it into a physical store concept could make all the difference.”
