40m utility boat of ~600 displacement tonnes in our lee. Approximately 1/3 of her hull is inundated in a following sea. You can see her being thrown around like a cork. One cannot help wonder why a boat of this size would be allowed 100+ miles offshore under forecasted hurricane conditions.
