Shalyre,
Hi. I understand your love of the untold story. I am seeking more information about a couple of passengers, who booked third class passage, even though it was obviosly possible for them to have booked a higher class. The story involves a Mr. Samuel Risien and his wife, who were supposedly sailing third class to avoid being robbed, as they were reputedly carrying diamonds from a family mine in South Africa. I would appreciate any and all responses to their story and others as well. As I told you in a PM, I will be forwarding the information that I possess on this couple to you, for your examination and edification. Will |

hi Shalyre,
i am distantly related to Bess Allison who was one of four first class women to perish. she died with her husband and little daughter, her son survived only to die from Ptomaine poisoning in 1929. thats how i got interested in Titanic. |

Have you uncovered anything about their lives? Anything you wish to share? Anything that struck you are overly interesting or affected you in some way?
