Just found out, Titanic was launched almost identical to Olympic only after launch did the promanade deck get inclosed and the port house design put in etc. That's why I got confused because all the thing that distingwish Titanic from Olympic where not present at launch, apart from the colour.

Not really, for you see the names may have not been painted, there is a thread discussing this. Besides the photos some times don't show the names, probably due to the age and quality.
