No a think ure meaning to ice caps. bergs break off from them and melt. However when caps melt then we have a problem.

Ice bergs are usually larger than u think. For instince the one in the film all u seen was the top part, an ice-berg is huge underneath. So the entire size of the berg is usually 4 times bigger than what u see above the ocean level.

I've seen a picture of it, well it supposedly it, taken in the afternoon of april 15th, but if it is then it's fairly big, probably the same size as the one they used in the 1997 film, roughly.

Yeah, sure no bother.
back to the topic in question. It's a shame that if the men in the crows nest had there binoculers they would of seen the berg in good time and missed it. Or even if they saw it just 5 seconds earlier. Or even 5 seconds after because she would last after a head on collision. (Im think ave said something like this before, if I have I apoligise) |
