Man alive! I enjoy reading this sight because it is about the Titanic, a topic I truely love. Please folks, no offense, but turn down the politics!

Once President Bush, Amadenajad (Iran's president), or Bin Laden start bombing the bow section of Titanic, then we can rant and rave all we want. Do not turn this sight into Democratic Underground or moveon.org!!!

the titanic sank with many people from many countries and walks of life onboard...9/11 more than just americans were killed...many countries had offices and people in the twin towers....no matter the disaster or the number of lives lost...any loss of life is tragic....i think all people should die in their beds after a good long life....as for 9/11 the one thing that sticks in my mind is hearing about all the day care centers that had to stay open late...and that some children's parents never came to get them....all they know is that mommy and daddy arn't coming back...theirs is the faces i think of when i think of that day..just like titanic think of the kids that lost daddy...or little trevor allison who lost his mommy daddy and sister....

Now you see Lilcandy why I dont like AMERICA. Let me say it in big words. TERRORISTS. I am safe on a little island called new zealand then in this terrorist hot spot. I dont care about being ruled by a goverment. As long as I am safe on a New Zealand where you never hear no terrriost and no mother nature I am alright.

i know how horrible terrorists are...i mean i do nothing to them yet they want to kill me...i lost my mother in england last july in the subway bombings...but i refuse to let them scare me anymore....i just don't understand why they want to kill innocent people....my mum was on her way to hospital...she was visiting her sister when she went into early labor(2 months early)so not only did they kill mum but they killed a little boy who had never even taken his first breath....

Yes, now you see why I want to move. You never hear anything about terrorist in New Zealand. I feel so safe over there.

Not really. The most horriblest thing a person can lose is their child.

I specified loved one, including child, however I find it quite cold of you to try compairing a loss of a child to a parent. It is no competition, both are devistating. Most people will have to suffer the loss of their parent's, few will have to suffer the loss of a child, still doesn't make any one harder to take.
