Hi everyone, I'm very new to this so please be kind.

As a member of the Belfast Cast who probably knows a little more about the musical than perhaps most apart from of course Bellboy I personally feel it is a homage and a message of hope, its about the dreams and asperations of those who sailed on it.
I know it is also a tragedy and I we will of course try to reflect this. This will be a massive production. We have a superb production team and a cast of 50 named characters and a chorus of 25+. Living in the Belfast area and rehearsing in the shadow of the H&W cranes we are probably more aware of the sensitivities of this tragedy than most and our producer is very aware that we are putting on the musical in a city that is proud to be assoicated with Titanic. A lot of thought has gone into the casting ( some would say it has been a nightmare) The casting Committee has not only thought about the talents but has, as far as possible tried to cast people who are the correct age and look of those they portray. I do hope those that can will come and see this production, I promise we will not disappoint. Tickets can be obtained from the Grand Opera House at www.goh.co.uk

Hi,

Like Beecham, I am also a member of Belfast Operatic Company (BOC) and am involved in the show (playing the part of Kate Mullins). I totally agree with all that Beecham's said about our show being a tribute to all those who built and sailed on the great ship and its particularly poignant that we were are peforming in Titanic's home town.

Anyway, just one minor point - the Grand Opera House have not yet released the sale of tickets for Titanic on their website yet, but you can get tickets from ringing their box office on (028) 9024 1919.

As BOC webmaster I can also recommend our website www.belfastoperatic.org !

Hi

Was surprised to hear that tickets wern't available in Opera House website as they were released several weeks ago.

Have just checked and if you click under 'Whats ON' and go to the last page you will find Titanic. Otherwise try the box office as Kate2 suggests. At the end of the day just come, why not get a group together and avail of group discounts and definitely check out our website
