I mean that when the Britannic sunk(i'm pretty sure it was the Britannic) it suffered exactly the kind of accident that the Titanic was built to prevent

They did they called the olympic back in for major work & changed the plans on Brittanic, they also changed the davits & added more boats. Although the brittanic sanc it was a whole los safer hence less people died. The only reason is sank so quickly was because the watertight doors & a lot of portholes were left open. (and come on how many ships would survive a torpedo anyway!)
