I am not sure if you would consider this an "Easter Egg" or not because it is not "really" hidden. Anyway, on Titanic if you watch it for 4 min 25 secs you can hear people screaming for help. It is real soft so you have to turn the volume up pretty loud to hear it (unless of course you are graced with the honor and joy of having digital surround sound ahahahha like me). This is happening as we get our first views of the ship and continues through about 4 min 35 secs.

Hi, perhaps I should clear up, as you may notice I quoted from IGN, you can notice the screams very easily, there obvioulsy put in deliberatley, you can also hear the band playing. i did't need to sit near the tv as I have a good cinema system, but even if you dont have one you can notice it without really having the sound way up. I actually never really noticed it, only as I read that quote did I reliase, but its always there done for effect.
