Jack probably knew that he was going to kick the bucket and thus wanted to get fresh with any first class girl he could get his hands on...

Do you really think that Jack didn't love Rose? You guys have all seen the movie! He put Rose into the lifeboat even though he knew that would be the last time he saw her. He did this because he puts her above himself. We see this again when Jack lets Rose have the door in the water. He knew he was going to die but did he care? No! Of course he loves her! Maybe you should pay attention when you watch the movie.

i'm totally sure he loved her, if dont.. he wouldnt be interested in save her life n wouldnt said that words to her....

''but im too in love now, if u jump i jump remember? n i cant go knowin you're not right... yea those words means he is worry about her n cares much, considerin he wanted to kiss her...
well, after all its just part of Jack Dawson's feelings on set n in da movie also...

n in the real life .... Leo is just interested in ''hang on with Kate'' u know... like good friends n come on.... those characters had a personal life within them... so... thats somethin that make kind of friendship with them...
maybe Leo loves her but just like a close friends...

Oh I have a new theroy on it now!lol

What if jack thought Rose was pregnant, and that is why he helped her, so his son could go fourth and keep on the tradisions of the dawson family.

Or maybe she told him she was pregnant just so she could save her self, yes the world can be very crule.

That is so not what was going on or else we would have seen it in the movie. And just to correct you TITANICsoul, Jack said I'm too involved now. Not I'm too in love now. Just clearing that up.

Does't really matter wwe all know what he mean,

Plus, in the new extended cut Titanic due in october we may see this so its not all done and dusted

In any case i dont think she loived him all that much, she re-married, and had kids with an other man. And if she was married to him, so what happens to him in heaven when he is waiting for his wife???????

excellent bell, thats genious, it would make perfect sense. But then again he made love to her on the same night he died, how would he have known if she was slightly pregnant.

thats a really good point attualy! i never thought of that!
and by the way people, i can't stand it when people think the wooden object rose was lying on in the water was a door! how could it possibly be a door! it was too think and too detailed, it was part of a archway! you can see this wen you see rose from above, that is flat on one edge and curved on the bottom!
you should have gone to specksavers!
