don't get me wrong tho i do like the film as much as anyone!
just wish their was les of the jack & rose stuff more of the factual stuff |

to be honest with you guys... it wasn't until the end that the titanic really became of any importance. i mean yeah that's where they stayed but the movie was all about Jack's love for Rose. it doesn't focus on Smith, or Andrews or Murdoch like another movie would. it is not until the end that those characters really come into play. it is like the titanic isn't really that important. it's just like in some other movies: the movie is more about the people than the plot. that's a big problem in this movie. i rate it ***&3/4 out of*****. sorry. it just didn't touch me the way it did some of you

exactly thats what I mean when I say the tv version might of been on a big budget and not had any special effects, but the stories were more real they told you so much more the allisons the astors the third class jack family, I love this film for its focus & detail
