Starry,
There is nothing wrong with "jumping" from one thing to another. It is what makes us try new things. I have a few other hobbies that I did not list in the forum and actually----I have to be in the mood to do each one of them. If I bake one of my desserts and am not in the mood, do not need to tell you how it comes out<LOL> So not doing one of your hobbies when you do not feel like it. Go to something else. Works for me and it is what makes us experience new things IMO anyway |

Starry,
Just visited your "art" site. Wow, they are great. Well if I had to draw a person, it would be a stick person<LOL> I am not good a drawing at all. I absolutely love the guinea pig drawings. They are the cutest. Keep up the great work Betty |

Of course you find things wrong with it - EVERYONE criticizes their own work. That's one of my big problems. My parents get mad because I paint my big pretty paintings on cardboard because I feel like I am wasting expensive canvas ! They're like "WE WILL BUY YOU A ZILLION CANVASES AND YOU CAN BURN THEM! JUST PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR AMAZING PAINTINGS ON CARDBOARD!!!!"
Haha. I feel under pressure when I am painting on canvas though. But slowly I am beginning to make the transition. Try not to be so critical of your work. :D |

Never forget that a good many "masterpieces" were thought by their creators to be drek - Night on Bald Mountain, the Sistine Chapel, and the Pieta, among others.
