Thanks, h2oclub! This is my first time doing a project this big. I have, however, done my homework. Any books, websites, etc on bus conversion that I could get my hands on, I've read. I've got an understanding of not only HOW things work, but also WHY they work. I think the biggest challenge is probably going to be changing out the rear end (since school buses are geared real low). Somethings, like the propane system, I'll have installed professionally. I don't want my bus doing an impression of the Hindenburg!

I know that if I have a question, I can go to www.busnut.com and get help. They're real friendly group of bus enthusiasts, who are ready to help a "bus rookie"!
