HELLO TO ALL TITANIC.COM MEMBERS I WOULD LIKE TO SAY HOW GREAT IT IS TO SEE THE SS NOMADIC BACK IN BELFAST WHERE SHE BELONGS. IT'S ABOUT TIME THAT BELFAST HAD SOMETHING REMEMBER THE TITANIC BY.
MY QUESTION IS WHY WHY WHY WHY WHY HAS BELFAST NOTHING TO SAY THAT "TITANIC" WAS ITS OWN CREAITION. THOUSANDS OF IRISH MEN WORKED TO BUILD THIS BEAUTIFUL SHIP AND THERE IS NOTHING TO REMEMBER THIS. IT'S A DISCRESE. ANYONE ELSE THINK THIS. |

This is wonderful! Bless all those who have worked to bring Nomadic home. This is not only a treasure for history of steam travel, but also for humanity as well.
Has her arrival made headlines in Belfast? I sure hope so. Seeing the White Star Line flag flying at her stern almost brought tears to my eyes. We are so close to the history that we love now, and I hope this little boat continues to get the restoration and preservation she deserves. By the way, they need to hoist the Harland and Wolff flag up on her too! |
