I have read all the relevant accounts of this tragedy and i would say its very hard to pin point blame.There were so many different factors leading up to this,and the majority of us were not around towitness the tragedy first hand.So read all the relevant reports and form your own conclusion.But please keep your comments to yourself to respect what happened.
