She spent her last days in a retirement home in southern England, just near the port the port where she and her family boarded the ship.

She was fond of saying

"If it wasn't for the Titanic I would have been american"

"I beleive in fate, We weren't supposed to go on an American ship"

A tribute to family members and remembrance of this legend.
