I think we do. I think Lord heard about the rockets and discounted the reports, and when he found out what had [i:e71ac957db]really[/i:e71ac957db] happened, tried to cover it up. And the crew went along because they were scared of Lord. Pefectly human and understandable.

I don't think any of this was done deliberately or maliciously on Lord's part. I think it was one of those unfortunate fell-thru-the-cracks kinda things.
