ok i have to say something i just learned today from a book that ballard wrote. i personally was shocked. he says that nobody practically can raise the ship because its too deep into the mud. the rudder is 45 feet in and only about 50 are showing of the hull. they cant even see the "wound" that made titanic sink. that really made me feel miserable.

Oh, I thought you knew that. You didn't? They had to use sonar and stuff to see what the damage really looked like. So, in all acutality, so one has actually seen it first hand.

Well, I know I myself didn't mention it simply because it's like, the most widely known thing about it. But I didn't think that you were new to this, and probably didn't know it. Sorry for not saying something about it, I should have.

i think there would be plenty of interest if they built the titanic agian. i mean look how many people went to see the movie. ive been in love with the titanic since before the movie. in fact i cant remember a time when i wasnt in love with it. in fact i hate the movie bc in focused around a made up love story and not around the history. i mean if your gonna do a love story do one that existed on the ship. i mean damn. i wishsometimes that iwas alive back then just so i could possibaly sail on her. i dont care who says there wouldnt be any interest. i would pay my life savings to sail on her. when i die i want my ashes to spread out on the site. for some wierd reason ive always felt connected to it somehow but ive yet to figure out who what where and why.

if you look into the movie, you could find a lot of historical facts.
