[quote:daf9a30627="NosieRosie"]I did like the movie..to a certain extent. I did think that the story with Rose and Jack was too much. They should have concentrated a little more on the ship in my opinion. However, it was still a good movie.
I'd like to see the uncut version. I heard somewhere it was like 4 hours long, but it was all cut for theaters. I heard it's not on the DVD...and neither are alternate scenes?? I think that'd be more interesting to watch.[/quote:daf9a30627]
The full version is actually 5 hours and 20 minutes long.

I loved the Cameron flick. Some of the dialog was cheesy but hey no movie is perfect. I think you didn't like it due to the love story and too much concentration on Jack and Rose, right?

Raise the Titanic is somewhat boring in my opinion up until they go and raise her, that's an interesting sight.

The thing that gets me on the older Titanic films from like the 1950's the inaccuracy of the ship's sinking. It broke in 2 and survivors stated this yet they show it sinking as a whole (if I remember correctly, they both showed it sinking as a whole..it's been awhile since I've seen either)..I think that's what irks me on those.. It's been awhile since I've seen any of them (Raise the titanic or the 1950's movies), I should really re-watch them....

Painting with water colours, traveling, cooking, and having nothing to do with all day to do it in.You really should try to get your hands on the film a night to remember.Raise the titanic is a good show too.
