If you feel patronized by any facts Johno please then disprove but one point of fact I have listed for they are easy to access on your own. Might I suggest to Bell that being only 14 is no excuse, if you wish to debate than be prepared to back up any citations with just that facts. I might as well suggest that I'm over 50 and don't have time to look up information for you.
Having attended many seminairs all over U.S. and am in touch with many experts over seas as well as here states side I enjoy when new view points of facts and observation are brought before me. I never feel threathened or insulted, I in fact learn from them. I will close by yet another poster who owns the White Star Memories in the U.K. I think John put it very well. "It just shows how gullible people can be." Read his post below http://www.titanic.com/modules/newbb/viewtopic.php?topic_id=1081&forum=3 You might try argueing with John's post also! Maybe either might post something that will disprove anything? I doubt you will. |

Rest assured I too have treated the discussions as a friendly exchange of viewpoints.
Johns views (not johno) are his own and I respect them for what they are, that said I don't hold his points in any higher regard than Johno's, any other member of this form or your's for that matter. I'm not going to argue with him, and anyway he didn’t give proof for his view yet for some reason you feel I must. you may suggest that being 14 is no excuse, a never said it was but am sticking by it, Being 14 means I don't have the means, time, or money to tour Europe or America, going to seminars. The facts are that most of the differences you listed are small, how long does it take to change a picture in the smocking room, or how long does it take to paint some wood, etc. Not once had I asked you to look for info for me on this form and in any case, does an over 50 year old have less time than a 30 year old for example. I feel that is a generalization. Please do not intimidate me with the 'I doubt you will' remark A wont allow myself to be wound up further, thank you johno for your words, I see Sundance has done the same to you. I do not wish to speak with u now Sundance, Happy valentines day to all Good night, Bell |

Know one has held my hand (who has), I stick to my principles, and John White has given his opinion of the matter, such as I have done and every other member of the form. I hold each and every person’s opinion in the same regard, and don't go for favorites.
You said you hold the word of one with more experience and education than yourself. I respect your motives however; just because someone is older, doest mean they are more informed about a said subject. Yes John White probably knows more about Titanic than me and I respect his knowledge on the ship. That said someone with less knowledge is in title to their own opinion and I respect theirs to. I myself are more incline to agree with someone who shares my own views, so in that respect I may be accused of being biased towards a particular way of thinking. That said I will still listen to all opinions. So therefore even though I am young, I will still hold these opinions when I am older. I am very focused on what I do and I am successful in what I do, my reasons are my own. I don't see why you have written the 'hold your hand remark' if you could elaborate, then I will be happy to discuss it with you. Good day, Bell |

Sundance,
I don't think that John White could be compared well in this aspect and that one like Steve Hall that wrote the book about the conspiracy would be suitable for the issue at hand. http://www.titanic.com/modules/myalbum/photo.php?lid=660 |

Someone on a web site(I forget which one) served in WW1, he said to me a few years ago, just before Olympic became a troop ship, it was guted out, he said to me the picture in the first class smocking room, was of the approch to new york. I thought Olympics was the approch to Halifax or something like that. Probably means nothing at all, but it's just a thought. According to him a friends of his helped build Titanic. He said strange things went on, like a group of men acting strange, he also said that the picture in Titanics first class dining room was approch to halifax, not new york. Though he did't elaborate on why the men where suspicious, but it was probably him just wanting to tell a good story to people.
