Cause I haven’t any longer enough time to update this Website.
All my pictures will be “auctioneered”.

The on of the momentary homepage of pictures shown are a fraction of the existing data.

So, the maximumoffering person gets all rights to pictures, Websites, films, as well as the Domains www.virtual-titanic.com, virtual-titanic.de and digital-titanic.de.
All files approx.. to 1000 pieces keep you dispatched as CD package by post office, as well as the written explanation of me on a renouncement at each right to publication of the pictures.

Only exception is the representation of approx.. 5 pictures on my businesswebsite, where I need some as refernces. The buyer can use thus all pictures after own wishes e.g. postcards pressures, t-Shirts and other tings. It may not spend itself as authors of the bought pictures.

With the sale I’ll louse any use of the pictures in digital and print form (exception see above). The moreover I explain to keep itself in agreement a blockage by 3 years. In this time it’s forbidden to me to create a new Website with new graphics.

After this curfew it lies in my own discretion, whether I provide a new Website, with new pictures, or not. I may not use old pictures.

Da ich selbst nicht mehr genug Zeit habe diese Website zu pflegen werden alle von mir erstellten Bilder „versteigert“. Die Auf der momentanen Homepage gezeigten Bilder sind ein Bruchteil der vorhandenen Daten.

Das heißt, ihr erhaltet als Höchstbietender alle Rechte an Bildern, Websites, Filme, sowie die Domains www.virtual-titanic.com, virtual-titanic.de und digitale-titanic.de. Alle Dateien ca. 1000 Stück erhaltet ihr als CD-Paket per Post zugeschickt, sowie die schriftliche Erklärung meinerseits auf einen Verzicht an jedem Recht auf Publikation der Bilder. Einzige Ausnahme ist die Darstellung von ca. 5 Bildern auf meiner Firmenwebsite, auf welcher Sie als Referenzen gezeigt werden.

Der Käufer kann somit alle Bilder nach eigenem Belieben verwenden, z.B. Postkarten Drucken lassen, T-Shirts uvm. Er darf sich jedoch nicht als Urheber der gekauften Bilder ausgeben, da dies eine falsche Angabe wäre und aufgrund meiner Referenzen auf meiner Website meine Glaubhaftigkeit in frage stellen würde.

Mit dem Verkauf verzichte ich ausdrücklich auf jegliche Nutzung der Bilder in Digital- und Printform (Ausnahme siehe oben). Des weiteren erkläre ich mich Einverstanden eine Sperrung von 3 Jahren einzuhalten, in der es mir Untersagt ist eine neue Website mit neuen Graphiken zu erstellen.

Nach dieser Sperrzeit liegt es in meinem eigenem Ermessen, ob ich eine neue Website, mit neuen Bildern erstelle, oder nicht. Alte Bilder darf ich nicht verwenden.
