How did you first hear about the Titanic? And why were you fascianted with the ship?

I became interested when i read an eyewitness book about the Titanic, ever since i have been hooked

i like titanic too much cuz i watched a documental about it..
i was 7 years old, n the next year was released TITANIC MOVIE. so i liked her even more i had to read n read n read lol im too hocked with it n ive watched the movie 73 times.. even i wanna buy TITANIC&OLYMPIC THE TRUTH BEHIND THE CONSPIRACY BOOK.. LOL just if i find it.. anyway, i like titanic really... hope all of you do as well.  |

yeah i was 7 to...film brought me in...my dad had some knowledge on it...after he had nothing else to tell me i started watching every film and documentary on it....and books and hear i am today lol

yup.. almost all people that is here was 7 or 8 years aproximately when titanic's movie was released..
so for much of us was a shock i bet.. for me was somethin' great that since then i read what i find about the subject... cya |

Well I was around 6 or 7 when Camerons movie came out, and I remember going to see the movie with my mum, thats when I first got introduced to Titanic. I remember in the 3-5th grade, everytime I would have to do a history project, I would always choose to do it about the Titanic. Just recently, maybe a month ago I really started getting into reading about the ship, because my mum was watching Camerons movie, so I went upstairs and recorded it, and was fascinated by the movie. So since then i've just becomed hooked on it.

My father got me interested in the ship, why am I fascinated about the ship, I always find something new about her all the time, the engineering that went into building her was remarkable, I may not be a Titanic enthusiast but I am getting there
